Seafarers

Costa Rica Maritime Administration is issuing endorsements for all officers on board ships flying the Costa Rica Flag as required by Regulation I/10 of the STCW Convention. All seafarers serving on Costa Rica registered vessels may be of any nationality, provided they hold a CoC issued by STCW Parties as per IMO’s Circular MSC.1/Circ.1163/Rev.12.
